Then in 1996 I found myself winning Elite Look of the year competition 1996 of the Czech Republic. It was an amazing time for me. I never expected to win and as they announced my name, I started crying like a baby, with mascara running all down face.

As I got more serious about modeling, I would go to jobs, and cas-tings in Prague most evenings after school. This was a 4 hours train journey each way!

As soon as I finished my schooling, I started modeling full time. It was great to travel and see new places, and after a while I moved to Paris.

1st test in Paris with Cristoph Mimon.

I was lucky and soon got a few big campaigns for the likes of Max Factor, Lancaster & La Perla, whilst at the same time doing runway shows for Valentino and Armani.
